  • Yolanda Schmidtke brings over a decade of experience in asset management, real estate, and company building. As Managing Partner and co-founder of Xentury, she leads deal origination, execution, and fundraising, while shaping the company’s overall investment strategy.

    Previously, Yolanda co-founded and served as CEO of Periskop Partners AG (formerly DLE Group AG), where she successfully grew assets under management to >€2.5bn within 5 years. She transformed the firm into a multi-strategy asset management platform by introducing a platform approach that anchored new sub-GPs across diverse real estate sub-asset classes, including real estate debt, senior living, and logistics, driving growth and diversification.

    Her achievements included raising >€2 bn in institutional capital, structuring funds, and building robust organizational and governance frameworks.

    Earlier in her career, Yolanda served as Investment Director at GxP German Properties AG, where she oversaw real estate transactions and structured 12 SMAs for international clients, as well as a reverse IPO in collaboration with MM Warburg.

    Yolanda’s vision, expertise and leadership are pivotal in driving Xentury’s growth and delivering lasting value to its investors and stakeholders.

Yolanda Schmidtke

  • Junxuan (JX) He brings extensive experience in asset management and GP stake investing. As Managing Partner and co-founder of Xentury, he focuses on the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, leveraging his expertise in macroeconomics and the structuring and scaling of investment strategies.

    Previously, JX served as Head of Business Strategy at Periskop Partners AG (formerly DLE Group AG), where he expanded the firm’s product offering through a platform approach by anchoring new sub-GPs across diverse real estate sub-asset classes, including real estate debt, senior living, and logistics. Under his leadership, the firm’s assets under management grew by €1.8 bn, and he successfully raised anchor capital for the GP through a private placement round.

    JX also managed direct investments in real estate and GP stake investing as Investment Director at YS Capital, overseeing fund investments in private equity and private credit. His professional background includes structuring and managing complex investment portfolios, developing equity stories, and fostering partnerships with leading GP stake funds.

    As a driving force behind Xentury’s strategic direction and execution, JX’s expertise, and leadership are instrumental to deliver long-term value to its stakeholders.

Junxuan (JX) He​

  • Paul Reynolds serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Xentury, where he manages external relationships with fund service providers, oversees internal legal, compliance, and accounting processes, and provides organizational setup advice for portfolio GPs.

    Paul brings over 15 years of experience as a COO for multiple asset managers with combined assets exceeding $5 billion. He founded the Covalent Group in 2019, delivering tailored COO solutions to asset managers. Previously, he was a founding team member of Decura, which established a $1 billion managed hedge fund account platform. Earlier in his career, he worked at Goldman Sachs, where he managed middle-office teams across Europe and Asia.

    With a deep understanding of fund administration, compliance, and organizational strategies, Paul advances Xentury’s mission to empower emerging asset managers and ensure operational excellence across its investments. 

Paul Reynolds

  • Dr. Maryna Gulenko oversees the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into investment strategies and corporate operations of Xentury and its portfolio companies. In parallel, she serves as a postdoctoral researcher at Bielefeld University, focusing on corporate sustainability, ESG reporting, ESG ratings and governance frameworks.

    With a PhD from Paderborn University, Dr. Gulenko’s research has centered on corporate social responsibility (CSR) and its role in financial and sustainability reporting. Her academic contributions, including publications such as "Mandatory CSR Reporting – Literature Review and Future Developments in Germany," reflect her thought leadership in the field.

    Her experience combines academic expertise with practical application, equipping her to develop impactful ESG strategies that align with global regulatory requirements and drive long-term stakeholder value.

Dr. Maryna Gulenko

Aly El Gaby

  • Aly is an Investment Analyst at Xentury, specializing in GP selection. With a broad background spanning healthcare, real estate, logistics, and fintech, he brings a multifaceted perspective to his role, delivering strategic insights that enhance decision-making.

    Aly’s experience spans both sides of the investment spectrum. He executed a hospital acquisition at a healthcare-focused private equity firm and co-led a seed fundraising round for a pharmaceutical supply chain startup, showcasing his versatility in deal execution and capital raising.

    Beyond investment expertise, Aly has hands-on operational experience in real estate. He successfully managed the financial and operational performance of a 70-unit shopping center, achieving enhanced returns through strategic tenant selection, innovative lease structuring, and profitability optimization.

    He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from City University’s Bayes Business School, equipping him with a solid foundation in financial strategy and analysis.

  • Gabriele Martucci is an Investment Analyst at Xentury, specializing in GP selection. He brings a diverse background in investment banking, private equity, and startups, combined with a strong analytical skill set.

    Prior to joining Xentury, Gabriele worked as an Investment Analyst on the Co-investment team at Access Capital Partners, a leading Paris-based private equity firm, where he played a key role in the successful closing of six equity investments. His earlier experience includes M&A advisory at HSBC and leveraged finance at BNP Paribas, where he gained deep expertise in complex financial transactions.

    Additionally, Gabriele served as Finance Lead at NAVIT, a Berlin-based mobility startup, where he contributed to strategic financial planning and operations during a critical growth phase.

    He holds a Master’s degree in Management from ESCP Business School and brings a distinctive edge to his role at Xentury, shaped by his experience as a professional basketball player competing at a high level.  

Gabriele Martucci

  • Tobias Martin brings extensive experience in real estate valuation and underwriting. As MRICS and CIS HypZert-certified appraiser, he is assessing real estate transactions of the portfolio GPs as part of Xentury’s underwriting process and second level of investment governance to safeguard investments.

    Tobias co-founded and serves as Managing Director of WertSicht Valuation GmbH, a joint venture with Periskop Partners AG (formerly DLE Group AG), providing valuation services to third-party institutional clients.

    Over the course of his career, Tobias has assessed real estate projects worth over €10 billion across multiple asset classes and has advised on more than 100 strategic project developments for institutional clients.

    Previously, he led the Munich office of Genost Consulting, specializing in complex valuation mandates across national and international markets.

    Tobias is a certified MRICS member and holds HypZert (F) and EIPOS certifications. valuation.

  • Wolfgang Schmidt brings extensive experience in real estate valuation and underwriting. As HypZert-certified appraiser, he is assessing real estate transactions of the portfolio GPs as part of Xentury’s underwriting process and second level of investment governance to safeguard investments.

    Wolfgang is the co-founder and Managing Director of WertSicht Valuation GmbH, a JV with Periskop Partners AG (formerly DLE Group AG), delivering valuation services to third-party institutional clients.

    Throughout his career, he has overseen >3,000 valuations for projects of +€50bn across diverse asset classes, advising institutional clients on transactions and potential risks.

    Previously at Savills, Wolfgang led corporate finance valuations, specializing in project development and business intelligence. Earlier in his career, he played a pivotal role in establishing DEKA Immobilien’s internal valuation department.

    His registration and recognition by BaFin, as well as his qualifications as an architect and Dipl.-Ingenieur, underscore his expertise.

Wolfgang Schmidt (Wertsicht)

  • Wansong Li is an expert in public relations and brand management. She leads the market positioning for Xentury and its portfolio General Partners (GPs), ensuring cohesive branding and effective communication strategies.

    Wansong founded and manages the3rd, a marketing agency specializing in brand building and market entry strategies. Under her leadership, the agency expanded its client base to include >10 globally recognized brands and players in the asset management industry, such as Periskop Partners AG (formerly DLE Group AG).

    As Marketing Manager at atai Life Sciences, she drove key marketing strategies and conducted performance analyses to support corporate growth objectives. At Pfizer, Wansong successfully managed branding strategies and executed impactful marketing campaigns. Earlier in her career, she served as Country Lead for Kaifa Technology USA, where she developed and managed the German emerging market strategy, reporting directly to the General Manager.

    Her expertise and creativity empower Xentury’s mission with strong positioning and visibility.
